My experience with Scott as my Agent

Scott has been very helpful right from the first phone call I made to Noel Jones Real Estate Wantirna on Monday 29th July 2019. Scott returned my call within an hour to arrange a meeting for the following day. When I arrived home from work on that Monday evening there was an A4 envelope on my doorstep with information about Noel Jones and other flyers that were also very helpful. Scott and I met the next morning and he was very professional and got to the point straight away. I was pleased with everything that was put to me about selling and the best way to go about the process. On the Thursday of that week, we met for a second time and I was happy to sign up and go ahead with an Auction, TBC at a later date. I was kept informed week by week and I also contacted Scott when I needed any questions asked. Within 4 weeks I was ready to have photos taken for the advertising campaign. The auction date was organised and for the 4 weeks of opens I was notified after each of them with prospective buyers and interest in my property. Auction day arrived and Scott was again very helpful and directed me as to what was the best decision on the day. Scott and the Noel Jones staff were all very helpful and professional.
