We love louell!

Anita and the team at Louell are amazing. Both myself and my partner are tenants through this agency and have always been treated with respect and honesty. As tenants, we have a friendly and comfortable relationship with both the agents and the landlords and have never felt as though we’ve been kept in the dark. Anita is honest and upfront with any issues and when/if something arises she is onto it straight away. I guess we have been lucky as well to have awesome landlords who don’t beat around the bush but in my experience, should they be like that I am confident that Anita and the team at Louell have your back when it comes to health and safety. Not only for the tenants but also to cover the landlords. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending louell. They are fantastic! It’s so comforting to have louell in charge.
