We had a very pleasant experience selling our property using Julie Lepagier and Louis Carr. Having tenants in the property made it a bit challenging. Julie was good at finding them an alternative suitable property which they were happy with. She then coordinated all of the marketing and launch very professionally in a really short span of time and got the home sold within a few weeks. Julie and Paul Woolford were exceptional with the open homes even working on Sundays. We had a very unpleasant experience trying to sell this property with another agency previously and decided to go with Julie and Louis Carr. After using Julie we could tell the difference in all aspects of the process, especially with the communication. We were very happy with the services provided by Julie and would highly recommend her to any potential vendors.
