Brett worked very hard and got us a buyer who was going to pay a great deal above what we considered our property to be worth. Unfortunately, at the eleventh hour, that buyer fell through, and it was back to square one. Brett got straight on the phone and called all of his contacts and found us another buyer within a week. Our Time was very limited so we had to accept a little reduction in price, but it was still above what we were expecting for our house.
