Outstanding seller experience

As people not well practiced in the buying and selling of property, we were quite nervous starting the process of selling our home. We met Will at an open home for a property we were looking at and were impressed by how professionally that was managed. Jen and Will Carr did the most incredible job of putting together a plan to get our house up to optimal sale condition, organising a fantastic trade team, styling and and an excellent marketing strategy. It is such a point of strength that the Louis Carr team have such a great group of trades, including brothers Nick and Harry, who responded to request for work so quickly and did an excellent job, with Will diligently coordinating and overseeing the whole process. Jen and Will both opened the home on the first day, and what a power team! We were on the market four days and got a price that far exceeded expectations. Could not have asked more from this fabulous team.
