This is the second home that Jennifer Carr has sold for us and this current sale a more difficult situation because of the elite status of the home and selling through COVID19. Jennifer is an experienced and professional agent who kept us informed on the status of the sale and the discussions with prospective purchasers. Her insights and expertise on the suburb were first class and no question posed by us was ever an issue to respond too. Jennifer highlighted in one of our discussions that she treats all prospective buyers the same offering them the courtesy and time required often resulting in a sale 3-4 years later. For our particular purchase the buyer had previously purchased from Jennifer & William Carr and also trusted her judgement, sound advice and expert knowledge of our home, the street and the suburb. The end result being, at the height of COVID 19 round one, we sold the house for a street record and 2nd highest price for the suburb, the sale was featured in Domain and the Daily Telegraph.
