With more than 20+ years' experience across the Queensland property industry, I created Lower Fee Real Estate around a modern, streamlined business model that allows me to offer sellers a competitive 1.25% + GST commission, without compromising on service, marketing, negotiation or results.

I personally manage each sale from appraisal through to settlement, giving my clients direct access to an experienced Principal Agent throughout the entire process.

This broad background gives me a strong understanding of property from both an owner and investment perspective.
