Can't speak highly enough of Ricky. Friendly & enthusiastic from first meeting. Dealing with myriad of queries before offer (often within minutes), managing a challenging negotiation, actively monitoring settlement progress across Christmas/New Year period, more questions in lead up to settlement, & helping find a work around for final inspection following our covid positive test days before settlement.
