Market Nous and Authenticity

A few years ago I jointly purchased a property with my mother for her to live in and we did this with the assistance of Chris Boshoff who showed us numerous properties and provided us with unbiased and factual advice. My mother has now passed and it was time to sell the property. Chris provided fantastic support throughout this process. Covid19 meant I was unable to travel to the property to prepare it for sale and Chris went out of his way to manage the departure of existing tenants, arrange repairs and styling for sale and dispose of unwanted furniture. We achieved an excellent price in a short period of time no doubt because Chris presents as both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris, he is a man of his word, and I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends and would not hesitate to seek out his services again in the future.
