Mal ,was extremely approachable . Very organised .He went out of his way to assist in the sale and that settlement was organised . There was a couple of issues with documentation not being completed by overseas seller . Mal organised early ownership . I was extremely happy with the service he provided . Totally dependable and nice guy.

I live in NSW and needed an agent to not only sell my property but care for it (sort out small issues and put things back in their place) in a tough falling market. Someone with advanced skills, immediate rapport and great negotiation skills. Someone who not only knows the market but has the experience to know people too. As the market slowed (and may agents slow with it) my remote security camera gave me the unique experience of witnessing Mal's relentless punctually, attention to detail and total dedication to the responsibilities I had entasked him with.
