Phil Rooke's Work in our interests

After a false start on our part some years ago Phil Rooke was willing to take us on again for the sale of our Defence Housing Authority leased house when the lease was not renewed by DHA. He had always been open and realistic about the prospects of the various options for handling our house and led us through the processes. He always explained the implications of the several maketing options and we were always comfortable with decisions he led us to. He had a clear understanding of the market and did not lead us to have unreal expectations. He knew all the players from lawyers, repair contractors and stylists and undertook to put us in touch and supervised their work for us. Notwithstanding his serious illness during the marketing time he kept us aware of what was happening and his assessment of the interests in our property and led us to decisions which we felt were in our best interests. We are very happy with the outcome.
