Phil Rooke's Work in our interests

After a false start on our part some years ago Phil Rooke was willing to take us on again for the sale of our Defence Housing Authority leased house when the lease was not renewed by DHA. He had always been open and realistic about the prospects of the various options for handling our house and led us through the processes. He always explained the implications of the several maketing options and we were always comfortable with decisions he led us to.
