Straightforward and easy to deal with

We found Melissa and Ziggy easy and straightforward to deal with. No insincere flattery or unrealistic claims, which is refreshing given their industry. They did what they said they would and the whole process was pretty smooth. We bought a place they were selling, so the response to the final sale price question is for the purchase, not a sale.
