We bought from Moustafa, and were so impressed, we used him to sell our property also!

Selling our property was pretty seamless. Moustafa gave us a great appraisal of the area, and expectations based on similar style properties.. He was always confident that he would have an interested parties list for our unit, and that he would be able to attract some new prospects also. In spite of the terrible prevailing weather, he was able to get traction from the very first showing. Our property sold a matter of weeks later, and to be honest, the price that he negotiated, and the speed that the sale was concluded, really exceeded our expectations! Accommodating and thoughtful

Moustafa was very patient with our situation. He managed to strike the balance between the interests and wants of both the vendor and us as the buyers. We had a couple hurdles to overcome during the cooling off period but Moustafa handled this time with patience and professionalism. He seemed like a man in demand and getting an initial inspection on the property took some time but once we'd seen the property, all communication was excellent. He even organised for us a congratulatory gift upon settlement. Would recommend.
