Sale of Unit

We used the services of Luxe Residential to sell our unit in Lyneham, and found the team of Karon and Tim Stafford very professional to deal with. They were knowledgeable of the market, as well as the specific area we were trying to sell in. Karon did a significant deal of research to assist us with a suitable listing price, and was very accommodating in patiently answering our questions. At the time interest rates were increasing, and it wasn't the easiest environment to be trying to sell. Karon and Tim kept us abreast of what was going on, and were patient in continuing to show potential buyers through the listing (sometimes outside of the scheduled open home times). We were ultimately able to achieve our desired sale price. We would have no hesitation in using Luxe Residential again when looking to sell, and were very happy with the service provided to us by Karon and Tim Stafford.
