•I had seen Jimmy's name and face on a few billboards which sported the sold sign in rural part of Lara - my neighbourhood area. I was keen on understanding where the market is at, what my property is worth and what kind of buyers they have. So I went ahead and contacted Jimmy to get his insights. When I met up with Jimmy and his team, they were surprisingly down to earth(not as flashy as some door knocking agents who had visited me) and upfront on the expectations. They were very clear on the pricing/valuation of the property and also what options I had if I decided to sell.
