Great results in quick time. Great communicator, Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I had seen Jimmy's name and face on a few billboards which sported the sold sign in rural part of Lara - my neighbourhood area. I was keen on understanding where the market is at, what my property is worth and what kind of buyers they have. So I went ahead and contacted Jimmy to get his insights. When I met up with Jimmy and his team, they were surprisingly down to earth(not as flashy as some door knocking agents who had visited me) and upfront on the expectations. They were very clear on the pricing/valuation of the property and also what options I had if I decided to sell. They were also well aware of the local areas, zoning, upcoming changes to the planning of my neighbourhood and where my property sits within all these moving parameters. We worked through my expectations and my tolerances and boundaries. Jimmy understood that and worked within the remits. I did have my doubts if all that talk was going to materialize into an offer/contract. To my surprise I did get my first offer within 1 week of putting the property on the market. While that did not work out, they did get me another three offers in the next few weeks and we finalised the best offer. To put it simply, In a span of less than 8 weeks, I got 4 offers - 3 within my tolerances and 1 that was just outside and we finalised the contract. They are upfront on the expectations and definitely have the money where the mouth is. I am one happy vendor.
