You can tell straight away she’s got an enormous amount of experience, everything runs smoothly, she knows what matters and what doesn’t, and she’s completely on top of all the regulations. She’s also just really easy to deal with. Communicative, practical, and relationship-focused. Her maintenance contacts are excellent, her handyman did a brilliant job around the house, especially in the garden, and she managed all the cleaning and repairs so I could just hand over the keys and let her take care of it. I always felt the place was in safe hands. Lynda listed the house at a higher rent than other agents suggested and still managed to find great applicants. After only two showings we had several strong candidates and ended up with tenants I’m really happy with. This was my first rental property, and having someone so capable made a huge difference.
