No urgency on some requests

I have asked to look on the condition of the oven in the house but up to now, I haven't heard anything. Since I moved in last June 18, I was only able to use the oven 2x after the plumber's visit 2nd week of Aug. I have been paying promptly since then and I am not getting the right services for me. It is also a fact that the house has many needed repairs due to old age especially door knobs and faucets.
