Great at first then downhill

The girls were fantastic at first, especially Chloe who was professional and polite. Once we moved in though we’ve had multiple problems and our PM hasn’t really been available to help. We’ve had to deal directly with the owners who turn up almost every day and we’ve not had use of one bedroom, half the living area and one shower for weeks with no compensation or even an apology. It’s so far been a very disappointing experience
