Misleading & Didn't Allow Final Inspection

James was misleading in the settlement period and would not allow us access to complete a final inspection. This meant that a heap of rubbish and building debris remained there, even though the vendor had agreed to remove it. It was really disappointing, time-consuming and costly.

Vendor Experience 30 Engesta Ave Camden

I can confirm as the Vendor for this property James was professional in all aspects and went beyond what was required of him. I would like to address the buyers review on this property and clarify what they are upset about was a contractual issue and nothing to do with the Real Estate. They demanded rubbish be removed from the property however the clause did not specify what items were to be removed. All the items a reasonable person would deem as “rubbish” were removed thus both parties complying with their obligations under the contract. If the buyers were not satisfied with this they should have sought advice from their conveyancer instead of blaming the agent selling the property. Despite all this James went out of his way to remove further items from the property in his own time and at his own expense which he was not required to do. I would happily recommend James to anyone selling a property and as for the review left by the buyer I would take it with a grain of salt as they are probably inexperienced buyers and need to understand their obligations and the process better before leaving such a review.
