Lee was able to achieve a good result for us under difficult circumstances. Whilst I resided interstate Lee continually helped with the maintenance and presentation of the property so that we could achieve the best outcome. During the whole selling process he was very professional and continually kept us informed of all offers and interest. We certainly felt confident that Lee kept our best interests at heart. Lee went above and beyond any normal agent duties once property was sold, by arranging the disposal of excess goods and furniture as well as organising the final cleaning. We would not have been able to do any of these tasks without his help. I would have no problem in recommending Lee to anyone who was selling a property.
