This guy is incredible.....seriously

We were selling a large sized / value property and had signed with another agent. The property has some complexities and needed a great strategy to maximise the value. We were with another agent for 6 months....they got the strategy wrong, didn't do the hard yards and because they were in a boom period just took the easier money focussing on easier to sell properties in a boom market.
