The definition of a professional agent

In our view Greg Williams is the epitomy of a professional real estate agent. He doesn't attempt to buy your listing with an inflated valuation, but rather uses current and recent activity in the immediate area to arrive at a consensus with you on a realistic market price. Once on board he uses all the tools at his disposal to present your property in its best light and seems to rigorously pursue opportunities as they arise. Probably the most surprising thing was the level of communication with us following each home open. Greg was very detailed in terms of who attended, what their backgrounds were and their feedback on the property. In the end he was able to secure a sale for our property at a fair market price which in the end is all you can ask.
