I have had the pleasure of being a tenant with Mackay City Property for 3 years and it terms of our property manager Brianna, she is very responsive to communication, answering emails promptly and with professionalism and kindness. She has always demonstrated a willingness to work with us as tenants and was very caring and kind during a particularly challenging period of my personal life. Her communication style was always kind yet professional. This is something that can be quite rare in the property management space so Brianna and Mackay City Property as a whole have been a breath of fresh air! Reminds me of that old fashioned customer service we used to see back in the day.
