Where do I start? This girl was awesome! She made selling our home the best experience it could be. She had the best advice in a challenging market, and she sourced local tradesman for minor repairs which was apparently impossible for my rental agent. I just felt like she really wanted to sell my house. She gave it her all. She gave us realistic expectations, but then surpassed them all. Nikita was a pleasure to work with at every turn, and got us a fantastic price on our house without it even being advertised. So friendly, and approachable, you can really put your trust in her. Nikita has all the makings of a top real estate agent, one you can really have faith in. Communication is definitely one of the most important things for me, and she really delivered on this too - even sending me messages of support when she was on holiday in Bali! She just made everything easy. That's what you want!
