Friendly and Genuine service with excellent communication.

I visited the island to look at blocks already listed. For one reason or another they were not suitable for me and with information given by Kerrie she pointed out factors such as costs for clearing blocks etc. Kerrie knew of a block that was cleared and was not listed but thought the owner may be ready to sell and was sure that I would like it. After seeing the block it was exactly what I was looking for and even has glimpses of water facing out to Lamb island. Kerrie contacted the owner and within a short time frame we negotiated a price that we were happy with. Kerrie kept me up to date at all times and gave me contacts who can assist with septics, power, building etc. I highly recommend Kerrie as an agent and thank her for her very personalised, professional and friendly service.
