Mitch Clarke is highly professional, friendly, proactive, with a high degree of customer service.

This was my first-ever property sale and from the beginning Mitch gave me confidence that, as a team, we could achieve the sale. He helped me achieve a sale price that was highly satisfactory. It took about three months for the sale to eventuate, and during that time Mitch was there to answer all my queries and allay any doubts. During this sale period he was confident the job would be done, and constantly professional at all times with a high degree of customer service. This was encouraging to me. During the later period of this process, I had to retire to Sydney for health reasons, and Mitch kept me informed of the progress of the sale. There were many questions and arrangements that needed to be attended to during that time. I would contact Mitch and his reply always was, "Leave it with me Henry and I will deal with it," and he did so. Some of these tasks were beyond our contract, and that gave me further confidence in his abilities. Eventually, a buyer was found and Mitch gave me this good news. He professionally managed the situation in my absence, keeping me informed of the progress. The prospective buyer signed and exchanged contract papers, and all went well. As is the buyer's right the property was inspected and some minor issues were found, which Mitch promptly attended to. One of the issues concerned a previous action I had taken regarding termites for which I had engaged a professional termite specialist who resolved the issue. On recent inspection, it was found there was some damage to the property from the previous termite infestation. I was informed of this and due to my health condition which made it difficult to personally attend, Mitch managed the situation on my behalf. I was able to depend on Mitch totally because of his personal attention to resolve the issue through competent professionals. Mitch coordinated the necessary remedial works needed, without which the sale may have been lost. In view of this, I would highly recommend Mitch.
