Consistently 'Above & Beyond'

I couldn’t have had a better experience selling my investment property with Craig. After contacting a number of local agents, Craig was clearly the most organised and informative. He was interested and engaged but never pushy, and was open and honest about what needed to be done to get the property market-ready. Before advertising, Craig provided his professional advice on the photos and information to be included in the online ads and brochures, but also gave me the opportunity provide feedback prior to the ads being finalised. Craig consistently went ‘above and beyond’ to make things easier for me during the whole sale process, including looking after the property and getting it ready for home opens while I was overseas. Craig provided a very high level of customer service and communication, calling me promptly after each home open and emailing and calling at other key times. He regularly met me at the property when documents needed to be signed or reviewed, though he also offered to bring documents to me at home (despite it being a 1.5 hour round trip). Craig treated me with a great deal of respect throughout the process, and was happy to answer each and every one of my questions in detail. He held regular home opens, and continued to do so when the property didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped (which was probably not surprising over Christmas and New Year). He kept working with the same intensity as he had when it was a new listing, and we were able to negotiate and accept an offer I felt was fair to both parties. Craig made the whole process very easy and understandable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
