Kate makes being a landlord easy!

Kate from Managed by Kate contacted us and advised that our tenant was moving out and asked if we were happy for her to advertise to find another tenant. Throughout the whole process Kate kept in contact with us and after vetting prospective new tenants advised us on her recommendation. Despite the old tenant leaving the house in a bit of a state plus some ongoing maintenance issues that needed to be taken care off, the new tenant was signed up on a new lease and in a reasonably short time frame was all moved in. Kate made the whole experience quick and easy and as stress-free as possible for both us and the tenant. You can't go wrong with Kate!
