Simply The Best

I had been a renter for many years and I am now an investor recently retired in Gunnedah. Some 12 months ago I moved my properties to Managed by Kate because I was not satisfied with the service of another estate agent and what a positive refreshing change it has been. My properties are now pretty much maintenance free with minimal input from me as Kate just gets it done, and if works are running late she gets it moving, and my residents are happier for it. No confusing statements and everything is on time, every time, including the end of year statements for the accountant. I recently sold one of my properties and the process was smooth with little fuss and only 25 days on the market and a result I am happy with. Once again all the little extra things just get done. The service is above and beyond what I was expecting. I am confident this is what assisted a quick sale for a great price. Transparency is a rare commodity in Real Estate and Kate has got it. A template for other Real Estate’s in the region, or anywhere for that matter. Cannot recommend highly enough.
