First time leasing out a property so there was a lot we didn't know. Manor was really helpful at answering questions, making suggestions and telling us answers to the questions we didn't know to ask. The information booklet was well set out and easy to understand and they have always responded quickly. Comparing to another agent, Manor was the most helpful and also suggested advertising at a higher price. They also had connections to businesses that helped us get the house ready quickly (like for pool compliance certificate).
