From when we met Steve at one of the many, many homes we went through, I said to my wife I want to buy a house from this guy. He took the time understand what we were looking for and ended up bringing us to our perfect home. During the negotiation, Steve was nothing but professional, he went above and way beyond to close the deal. Friday night at 10pm, but it didn’t matter to Steve, as long as he was able to close a deal that was what both the Vendor and us as the buyer were happy with!
