•Taylor was referred to us by 2 neighbours. Taylor's knowledge of the Market is impeccable. We knew right from the start that he was wanting the best outcome for us & worked with us to achieve it. At our first meeting he gave an outline on the approach & timeline that he recommended we follow, to achieve a good outcome based on his knowledge of the market. A selling point for us, was the fact that Taylor had access to a database which included people who were looking to buy a home; what their preferences were in terms of home size/layout & most importantly what they were willing to bid for, based on their recent experiences. At no time did Taylor make any promises of what price the house would sell for, but he was confidant that he would sell it, provided we worked with him. Talyor provided some key contacts to improve the backyard & to dress the house up. A whatsapp group was set up, where we received regular updates on movements on the market around us. Communication was clear & concise, at no time was it overbearing. After each viewing, we were given feedback; which included what buyers said about the home, what they were willing to pay & if buyers were visiting the home more than once. Then suddenly Taylor called & told us that we were going to Auction. At this point, I felt that it was happening too fast & didn't want to return his call to give him the ok. After a reality check on our end, we realised the time and effort that Taylor & his team had put into everything for us. Selling houses is what they do successfully. So we gave Taylor the approval to go ahead. The first open home was Saturday, 19th July. Our house sold on Saturday, 2nd August, after being on the market for 2 weeks only.
