Fabulous Agent

No one enjoys selling their home, but I couldn't not have achieved the outcome I have without the help of Kerry and Nicola. Kerry and Nicola managed to get the best possible outcome for myself and my son within really tight restrictions. They worked tirelessly to sell my home at a quieter time in the market. Their knowledge of the local market was excellent. They were also very respectful of my opinion of the market and we were able to compromise to get the best outcome for us, which made things easy. Then under time pressure, and behind the scenes, Kerry and Nicola worked tirelessly to find our new home within very tight restrictions. After a few disappointments I had given up only to be presented again with a wonderful opportunity from the girl's. A little townhouse within the same area and near my son's school, very hard to come by. I still wonder how they pulled it off at the last minute, as I needed to make a purchase quickly. They knew exactly what we needed and delivered. I still am surprised. We are over the moon with the new place and our home is going to a great family, so very happy. Both ladies were so genuinely happy for us, which was lovely. They were professional and knew what needed to be done. In the end the usually unpleasant experience of selling and buying bought tears of joy to my eyes when we reached the exact outcome that I had hoped for in the beginning, and also thought may never be possible. My son and I are forever grateful and life just became so much easier. Highly recommend these ladies!
