Buying from a distance. Must have a good agent

We were looking for a house in Castle Hill but we live in Canberra and distance purchasing is hard. I spoke to Steve about a house and we both agreed it was above our price range. A little while later we spoke again as the vendors revised their price down. Inspected the house and commenced a process of negotiation that saw us buy the house. Steve was clearly the sellers agent but was genuinely helpful and clear in handling the negotiation. He was responsive and available and we ended up with both parties happy with the deal. Would not hesitate to use Steve again.
