Sharron Pike and the Efficient Rental Team

I have known and worked with Sharron Pike of C21 Seven Hills since 2014 when I purchased a house and then built a Granny Flat which I then rented out. At that point Sharron started managing my GF rental property. She and I were always able to work through issues with tenants, inspections and my responsibilities without much fuss. I went on to buy another property and then for 21 months became the tenant in my old premises. So as a tenant I also found Sharron to be reasonable with her expectations of the upkeep along with consistently giving adequate notice when the regular rental inspections were due. I would gladly recommend Sharron and the team to property owners seeking rental management or tenants looking for a secure place to live.
