Penny made all the difference !

I cannot rate and recommend Penny highly enough ... making the sale of our family home something we can look back on with nothing but fond memories ! Penny firstly discussed the value of our property, using her understanding of the local area and market, and giving us a breakdown of our potential purchasers, keeping us grounded with our price expectations whilst still keeping us hopeful that the right buyer would pay the right price. In a very short time we had a couple of offers, and with some careful negotiations from Penny, we had a price we were extremely happy with, in the higher end of her price estimate, and we are totally satisfied.
