We've just sold our 2 bedroom townhouse with Zach. We had 1 off-the-market showing and 2 weeks of open home inspections, both of which resulted in offers within the expected range. Zach made the process easy and realistic, helping us to set our expectations according to market capacity before-hand. He was always accessible and took the time to answer every question and address every concern. Ultimately when there were offers to consider, he was committed enough to come over and finalise the contract signatures and get the job done late in the afternoon; not leaving any doubts and uncertainties to tomorrow. Overall we are very pleased with the result and the process of selling our house with Zach.
