honestly can’t recommend Michele from Marando highly enough. From the very first open house to the moment we picked up the keys, they made what could have been a stressful purchase feel smooth and even enjoyable. They really listened to what we needed, were upfront about every detail (no sugar-coating or surprises), and negotiated hard to get us the best possible outcome. Their knowledge of the local market was spot-on, and the little things – like lining up a great building inspector and keeping us updated every step of the way – made all the difference.
