Helpful, Professional, and Supportive Real Estate Agent

I had a great experience with the real estate agent when buying my investment property. She was gentle, very approachable, and even went beyond regular working hours to help me. She provided clear examples and guidance that made me feel confident in my decision. In the past, I dealt with other agents who were quite pushy and didn’t respect my space to make my own choices. I also found that buying a property with a fixed price range is much better than going through an auction. From my experience with three auctions before purchasing this property, the process was exhausting and a waste of time. It involved spending extra money on contract reviews and house inspections, all within a short timeframe — which caused unnecessary stress. I prefer buying through a clear price range, as it allows me to carefully check the property and make a decision without pressure, rather than rushing everything beforehand with no guarantee of success.

Outstanding efforts and resilience
