Great negotiations

I was dealing with another real estate who told me I shouldn’t set my goals too high on the amount I wanted for my property given the market and were pressuring me to accept an offer I wasn’t happy with. I reached out to Garry and expressed my goals and that I wasn’t in a rush to sell to the first offer. Garry came in and set realistic expectations and helped negotiate with offers with ease. I felt as though Garry had my back and was respecting my wishes when he was dealing with the offers coming in.
