Tony did an excellent job selling our Mudjimba property. He helped us through the requirements of a sale in Queensland and showed initiative in attempt to resolve unexpected issues that cropped up during the sale relating to some missing documents from the Body Corporate. He was contactable, worked around our time zone difference (we lived out of Queensland) and kept communication open with the Tenant, Rental Agent, buyers and others. He knew the area well, knew all the buyers likely to be interested and when the first buyer pulled out he had found an alternate buyer within a couple of weeks. I have sold 5 properties over the years and Tony was the best agent we have utilised. Tony was recommended to us and, even having been told what to expect, he exceeded our expectations.
