Just some feedback

To be perfectly honesty, I have been through 4-5 property managers in the last year, in the time from when my tennant moved out I did not receive 1 call and when’s new prospective viewings happened I left 3 messages in the office and emails to the property manger handing the property at the time to call me to discuss some new application and heard nothing, we lost the initial 3 that applied due to lack of communication, in the end I had Nina take over the property she had and inspection followed up found a tennant and exceeded my expectations $ wise which was great but overall not a very flattering service from a well know brand and coming from over 20 years in the industry myself and still in the industry I believe there is massive room from improvement and is a substandard service.
