Warm, genuine and approachable
Dimi is a rare diamond amongst the crowded sea of real estate agents. Her quiet confidence is reassuring to who she is selling for, which in turn makes her extremely approachable for buyers. We made a connection with Dimi instantly, when she came to assist the amazing photographer for McGrath. Dimi is classy, professional and extremely knowledgeable in room design and has the eye for perfect angle to capture a room at its' best. Dimi went above and beyond to communicate with us and to assist our buyers. Her patience and warmth make her an absolute pleasure to deal with. Selling during Winter in Canberra, as well as Covid times, made us very anxious as to whether we had made the right decision to sell. Dimi reassured us instantly, made us feel safe to put all of our stress in her hands and what a result she provided us! Our house was under offer in less than a week, with an offer well above what we expected. Our sale has been nothing but smooth and we can't thank Dimi enough for this. We met Justin Taylor 13 years ago when he showed us through a house we were interested in purchasing. His personality, warmth and professionalism resonated with us so much, that when we made the decision to sell, we deliberately searched for him. Justin is not your stereotypical realestate agent. He is a genuinely nice person who people instantly feel at ease with. Justin met with us and thoroughly explained the process and provided us with many options and information.
