Property to be auctioned on site on Saturday 21/11/2026 at 2:15pm with offers welcome prior to auction.
A word from our sellers: One of the things we'll miss most about living here is the street itself. With large, mature trees lining both sides, it's a wonderfully quiet street filled with lovely neighbours. It's where our kids learned to ride their bikes and where they've spent many happy afternoons having water fights or playing games with neighbourhood friends. In the evenings, we often take the kids towards the golf course to run around on the hills and burn off some energy.
The front garden further adds to the sense of calm, with a rock garden and native plants arranged in low-maintenance garden beds creating a peaceful welcome as you arrive home.
At the heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living area. It's where we gather as a family to play board games, share meals and host dinners with family and friends. The living area opens out to an outdoor area which has been a favourite place to spend time together. We've had many summer barbecues here, with the kids and adults alike enjoying the large spa while others hang out in the patio.
Upstairs, the rumpus room offers a lovely change of pace. We've found this place lends itself to a more quiet reflective state. It's been a place where we read, meditate or simply enjoy the outlook over the cul-de-sac and glimpses of the golf course.
This house has given our family a wonderful mix of connection, space and quiet, and hope its new family will enjoy it as much as we have.
