This is how you sell real estate.

While other agents merely talked the talk, Sam walked the walk. Having previously sold apartment we owned, we naturally turned to him again to help us recover what we could from our recent land purchase that didn't pan out as hoped. He didn't disappoint. It wasn't the fact we sold for a good price (though that was a bonus). Sam offered sound advice, without being cocky. He kept up communications without being insistent. More than just pride in his work, Sam takes clear and honest joy in seeing his customers come away happy. Frankly we still have a low opinion of so many agents in real estate. But this one has changed our mind for the better.
