Above and Beyond

I hate nothing more than writing a review from a smart phone, however I am more than happy to for Natalie, Jason and their team. I had heard some great feedback about their performance as I knew sales agents within the industry, and later on was referred to them (by another agent mind you). From the start I was given clear instructions on their service, the process and what to expect throughout the sale. There was never any deviation and I was also informed about any possible hiccups, however they always had solutions for if they arose. Ive worked in sales and was quite surprised with the service I got. For such a young team they really emphasized their drive towards keeping current clients happy and repeat business - a lot of sales people look for the next sale, so once you sign up, you’re not their priority any more, cause they’ve already got your business - the fact that Natalie and Jason did not reduce contact or updates once I signed the agreement, was very refreshing, and always made me feel like a priority. They speak to you with respect and understanding (I was selling due to difficult circumstances), and actually cared about my opinions, thoughts and concerns. Natalie and Jason were always happy to talk or return my calls ASAP, which helped a lot throughout the process as I was a little bit of a worrier at times. Nonetheless they were both always there to help reassure and affirm. I know all sales of properties are different, however the sale of my place was fast, efficient and professional. I could not have expected a better result, or would I change any aspect of the process, or their performance. I can honestly say hand on heart, that as successful as Natalie and Jason are in their careers and for their age, I do not see why they couldn’t be the most effective and top rated team of agents in Canberra. I highly recommend them to anyone, and can not speak highly enough of their efforts and results that they have achieved for me.
