From the moment I contacted Trenton in relation to a property he had listed, I realised that I was dealing with a whole different calibre of professionalism and service. From the moment we met, he listened, and never treated me with anything but friendly, courteous respect. He inherently understood I was buying a home, and not just a property… and in his industry, this is something that sets him so far apart from many agents I have dealt with through the years. The sale progressed smoothly. The communications between the managing agent (as there is tenants in residence) was timely, and continued after the sale to ensure all was in order. I was referred to Trenton by a friend as I currently live interstate and needed a fast sale on my property in Belconnen. My biggest worry was that I would have to make several trips to Canberra to complete paperwork and liaise with tenants to provide the property for open house inspection amongst other things, but Trenton took care all of that including my worries. I was so happy and pleased with the planning and communication from abroad that I didn't have to leave Melbourne. Trenton provided all the correct paperwork for me to fill in by email, he liased with my tenant and the accomodation manager on my behalf, he organized photographs and marketing material for the property to stand out for the right demographic for the sale and was successful on completing Open House Inspection. Trenton always followed up with me by email/phone call to keep me up to date including feedback after the open house inspection. We only had one inspection before Trenton found a right candidate to buy my property. I was so surprised at the outcome as Trenton knew I needed to sell quick but with this tough market I always wanted the best price and Trenton made it happen. Within a month the property was SOLD! I was blown away by Trenton Morrissey professionalism and the service he provided was so efficient. He really took onboard my most important points and put it to plan. We worked well as a team. I highly recommend Trenton Morrissey if you are looking to buy or sell your property. His by far the best agent I've come across in Canberra.
