I love the location and amenities being so close to Woden and Civic. The local shops are excellent, and you can't go passed without picking up an almond or chocolate croissant from Garran Bakery. While you're in a built-up area, in the evenings you can hear a kookaburra in the vicinity as well as see and hear rosellas and cockatoos. I love the space of my home and the privacy it provides. Plus, you can always find a sunny or shady spot in the courtyards to enjoy a coffee or drink. It is also a great place to entertain with a few different areas for family occasions.
