Great Agent

From day 1 Theo impressed me with his drive combined with his enthusiasm! I felt he was the best man for the job, equipped with all the attributes I was looking for in an agent. Theo certainly measured up by exceeding all my exception especially through a bouncy market. I can't thank him enough along with Marissa for their effort in finding the perfect buyer who will love the house as much as I have. With great confidence the team kept potential buyers well within sight providing them with every possible reason why they should make this purchase. Negative comments were quickly diffused with their mind kept firmly on the goal! Needless to say they had all the answers ready for viewers at their finger tips and did not miss a beat. All that said, a good result all round!. Would I recommend Theo and Marissa? Absolutely!
