As a Winner and Finalist of the Small Business Awards for 1999, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Sabine is not new to hard work and excellence. Friendliest and most Helpful Gisele

Excellent service and a very positive rental experience

Best property manager ever

Sabine has been looking after our properties for over a decade. She is knowledgeable, honest, and fair, always looking after the interests of both landlords and tenants with professionalism and integrity. Whenever we need to re-let one of our apartments, Sabine makes the whole process seamless. She provides realistic rental appraisals and somehow always get great tenants in with minimal vacant periods. What really sets Sabine apart is the care and pride she has for the properties she manages and the peace of mind she provides to busy landlords like us. We are truly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and kindness over the years. All we can say is that we feel very lucky to have had her managing our properties for so long.

Communicates well

My agent is very good at promptly finding me tenants who will look after my property. In general, I am alerted to necessary repairs which are completed in a timely manner. There have been a couple of occasions, however, when repairs have either not been completed according to my instructions or it has taken a few months (and a number of reminders) for any action to be taken.
